Refund Policies

Refund Policy for PRG 8-Week Sales Class:

100% refund with written request post marked up until 24 hours prior to the training. No refund will be available, however client may participate in one alternate training class of the same price or less within one year from the initial class date paid for.

Refund Policy for 12 Month Personal Coaching / Training Program:

The first month's coaching payment is non-refundable. The monthly tuition is not refundable, once paid. You may, however, cancel any future months during the 12 month program upon written notification. You must do so prior to any month’s tuition charged to your credit card.

Refund Policy for Performance Resource Group / "Decide to Compete" PRG Sales Software System:

Your purchase will be a 6-installment payment plan. You will be charged $299 for the initial download of the system, then $299 per month for 5 additional months. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your download, we will refund your initial $299 investment and discontinue your software license.
