| Q. What are the system requirements for this program? |
| A. System requirements
are Windows 98 or higher and MS Access 2000 or higher. MS
Word is required for optional portions of the program as well as
Act! and Calyx Point. |

| Q. Is there anything I need to be aware of if I install to a directory other than the default? |
| A. Yes.
While the desktop shortcuts are created correctly during the
install the program has linked databases. MS Access requires
the linking path to be hard coded. The first time the
program is started up it will recognize that the linking is
incorrect and a form will be displayed requiring that the correct
path be specified. Update the path on the form. The
program will then relink the tables and it will run correctly. |

| Q. Can more than one installation exist on the same computer? |
| A. Yes but it is
not supported with the installation file. Contact us at

| Q. I receive the error "Cannot find MSACCESS.EXE". What does this mean? |
| A. MS Access is
not part of the program install so it is assumed to be located in
the folder x:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\ where 'x' is
the drive letter where your system Program Files is located. The desktop shortcut target property need to be updated to point
to the proper folder. |
